This guide has been created to facilitate the use of our cooking system amongst Freshly Shopping UK and Wingin’ It Restaurants.
Wings, Boneless Chicken, Tenders
- Take raw wings/boneless/tenders from the freezer.
- Fry the raw wings/boneless/tenders in the fryer.
- Select and apply the flavour.
- Place it in a Wingin’ It basket.
- Place the order on a tray.
- Wings/boneless/tenders are complete and ready for the customer.
Burgers
- Take raw burger patty from the freezer.
- Grill the burger patty.
- Select and apply the flavour to the burger patty.
- Take lettuce, onion, cheese and tomato and place it on the patty.
- Place the burger patty into a bun.
- Place the order on a tray.
- The burger is complete and ready for the customer.
Fries
- Take fries from the freezer.
- Place the fries into a fryer basket and fry them.
- Place it in a Wingin’ It basket.
- Place the order on a tray.
- The fries are complete and ready for the customer.
Churros
- Take churros from the freezer.
- Place the churros into a fryer basket and fry them.
- Place it in a Wingin’ It basket.
- Place the order on a tray.
- The fries are complete and ready for the customer.
Milkshake
- Take a cup.
- Check what flavour the customer selected and use the correct mixer accordingly.
- Place the cup into the mixer.
- Your milkshake is ready to be served to the customer.
