# Moderator Appropriate Actions
> This page is designed for our moderation team to issue fair sanctions across all games and communications servers, in accordance with our community goals and values.

All management **must** follow the guide below when taking moderation actions. If you see a member of management failing to follow this guide, please open a report ticket within the communities Discord server.
# Discord Server Moderation
### **Disrespectful behaviour towards other members of the server:**
* Verbal warning, and a further Dyno warning each time it occurs.
### **Persistent spamming in chats:**
* 1-hour timeout, kick from server, then ban if the behaviour persists.
### **Sharing inappropriate speech/content (NSFW):**
* Verbal warning, and a further Dyno warning, then ban if the behaviour persists.
### **Discrimination based on race, religion, gender or sexuality:**
* Verbal warning, and a further Dyno warning, then ban if the behaviour persists.
### **Impersonation of Discord staff:**
* Report to Discord Moderation team.
### **Disrupting official server events or activities:**
* Dyno warning, and a further temporary ban from events or activities. Consult with Executive Management in any further situations.
### **Threatening or encouraging harm to others:**
* Verbal warning, and a further Dyno warning each time it occurs.
### **Intentionally provoking/arguing with others:**
* Verbal warning, and a further Dyno warning each time it occurs.
### **Advertising other Discord servers or unrelated websites without Executive approval:**
* Verbal warning, then ban if the behaviour persists.
### **Sharing others' personal information without consent: (Location, Email Address, Full Names, etc.):**
* Immediate ban from the server.
### **Posting or sharing leaked or rank-locked content:**
* Immediate ban from the server.
### **Posting or sharing links to malicious or harmful content:**
* Immediate ban from the server.
### **Encouraging or engaging in illegal activity(s):**
* Immediate ban from the server.
### **Excessive use of profanity towards others (with friendly banter as an exception):**
* Verbal warning, then a further verbal warning. Dyno warning each time it occurs if the user continues.
### **Using modifications against Discord Terms of Use:**
* Report to Discord Moderation team.
### **Disrupting voice channels with excessive noise:**
* Verbal warning, then a further verbal warning. Dyno warning if the user continues, and consult with Executive Management in any further situations.
### **Not meeting Discord’s minimum age requirement (13 years old):**
* Immediate ban from the server, appealable when the user turns 13, and report to Discord Moderation team.
### **Intentionally creating unnecessary drama with others:**
* Verbal warning, then a further verbal warning. Dyno warning each time it occurs if the user continues.
### **Bypassing auto-mod rules:**
* Dyno warning each time.
### **Evading moderation actions by using alternate account(s):**
* Repeat the action taken on the previous account(s).
# Roblox Experience Moderation
### **Bullying or Harassment:**
1. Warning and a reminder about respecting others.
2. 15-minute mute.
3. Server-only ban if the behaviour persists.
### **Hacking or Exploiting:**
1. Immediate permanent ban if confirmed with evidence.
### **Wearing Inappropriate Content (Avatar Items):**
1. Report to Roblox Moderation team and request the removal of content.
2. Warning, followed by a server-only ban if the behaviour persists.
### **Discrimination based on race, religion, gender or sexuality:**
1. Warning and a reminder about respecting others.
2. 30-minute mute.
3. Server-only ban if the behaviour persists.
### **Inappropriate Speech (NSFW):**
1. Report to Roblox and a reminder on appropriate conduct.
2. 30-minute mute.
3. Server-only ban if the behaviour persists.
### **Spamming in Chat:**
1. Warning and report to Roblox.
2. 15-minute mute.
3. Server-only ban if the behaviour persists.
### **Disruptive Behaviour in Voice Chat:**
1. Warning, and server-only ban if the behaviour persists. *Note: Roblox should take action automatically.*
### **Impersonation of Roblox Staff:**
1. Immediate server-only ban and report to Roblox Moderation team.
### **Sharing Personal Information (Location / Address, Full Names, etc.)**
1. Warning and a reminder about privacy and safety.
2. Report to Roblox Moderation team.
### **Sharing Leaked or Rank-Locked Content:**
1. Server-only ban for sharing prohibited content.
2. Permanent ban if the individual returns and persists with the behaviour.
### **Disrupting Official Group Events or Tournaments:**
1. Warning and a reminder about event etiquette.
2. Temporary ban from participating in events.
3. Server-only ban if the behaviour persists.
### **Encouraging The Use or Distribution of Cheating Tools (Exploits)**
1. Server-only ban for encouraging the use of or distributing cheating tools, with evidence, and report to Roblox Moderation team.
### **Bypassing Chat Filter:**
1. Warning and a reminder about following the rules.
2. Server-only ban if the behaviour persists.
### **Evading Moderation by Using Alternate Account(s):**
1. Repeat the action taken on the previous account(s).
### **Encouraging or Supporting Extremist Situations (Terrorism, Shootings, etc.):**
1. Immediate server-only ban, and a permanent ban if the individual returns and persists with the behaviour.
2. Report to the Roblox Moderation team.
### **Violating Roblox Terms of Services:**
1. Report to the Roblox Moderation team.
### Intentionally exploiting game or Roblox bugs:
1. Warning, followed by a server-only ban if the behaviour persists.
