# Cuba Eastern - Studio Founder

> **Specialises in:** Studio leadership, legal oversight, and overall business operations.

**Responsibilities:**

* Handle all DMCA claims, requests, and legal inquiries.
* Seek and coordinate legal advice when required.
* Oversee and coordinate all game development and ensure stability across all Vireon Studios projects.
* Plan and approve blueprints for new games.
* Supervise all departments, rules, guidelines, and staff activity (executive, corporate, and management levels).
* Ensure all management members meet performance standards.
* Manage websites, external servers, and APIs.
* Work with external contractors to maintain servers.
* Oversee executive management and collaborate on group improvement.
* Manage marketing and advertising for all games and the Event Centre.
* Handle all financial management, payment decisions, and development partnerships.
* Oversee database management and ensure data integrity.
* Engage with the community and host public events.
* Ensure compliance with UK laws, Roblox ToS, and UK GDPR.

**Summary:** As the founder, Cuba oversees every aspect of Vireon Studios, from legal compliance to game development. He ensures the studio runs smoothly, management meets expectations, and all projects maintain a high professional standard.

# Joshua - Studio Executive

> **Specialises in:** Department oversight and operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct regular department reviews for both Wingin’ It and Freshly Shopping.
* Maintain and update shift and training guides.
* Review and mark corporate applications.
* Serve as Head of Staffing (Wingin’ It).
* Manage LOAs (Wingin’ It).
* Issue corporate strikes and monitor appeals (Freshly & Wingin’ It).
* Track and address management activity strikes (Wingin’ It).
* Process resignations and terminations due to total strikes (Wingin’ It).
* Create monthly intern payment sheets for both groups.
* Monitor corporate efficiency and provide feedback.
* Manage unresolved support tickets and coordinate responses.
* Update corporate department sheets when needed.
* Moderate management-general chat and issue punishments as necessary.
* Track supervision records for both groups.
* Host monthly management bonding sessions.
* Maintain and update the MAA and Management Commands guides.

**Summary:** Joshua ensures Vireon Studios runs efficiently on a day-to-day basis, with a focus on departmental performance, staffing, and activity tracking across both Freshly Shopping and Wingin’ It.

# Sebi - Studio Executive

**Responsibilities:**

* Compile department payment totals, Hyra minutes, executive base pay, and MOTM bonuses.
* Maintain the Payment Tracker Spreadsheet.
* Respond to general queries and questions directed to Cuba.
* Provide administrative support to Cuba during peak workload periods.
* Offer input and advice on operational decisions.

**Summary:** Sebi manages financial tracking and ensures payment processes run smoothly, while providing administrative support during busy seasons.

# Heather - Studio Executive

> **Specialises in:** Document management, approvals, and staffing oversight.

**Responsibilities:**

* Review, approve, and proofread all documents for external use (e.g., PR applications, official communications).
* Act as Head of Staffing for Wingin’ It, overseeing recruitment, activity, and relations.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with management.
* Develop and maintain professional documentation templates for studio use.
* Assist in corporate application reviews when required.

**Summary:** Heather ensures all written materials meet Vireon Studios’ professional standards and leads staffing operations at Wingin’ It.

# **Nojus – Studio Executive**

**Responsibilities:**

* Direct and coordinate all corporate training sessions across both groups.
* Serve as an advisor to corporate staff on best practices and leadership skills.
* Assist with moderation and handle complex disciplinary cases.
* Create and maintain training guides and resources for corporate staff.
* Support management and corporate members in resolving disputes.

**Summary:** Nojus leads corporate training, ensures staff are well-prepared for their roles, and helps maintain order and professionalism in the community.
