# General FAQ

> **Q: How do I send images, embed links and add reactions in ⁠general?**\

> **Q: Why is my rank Junior Store Colleague in the group but Trainee Store Colleague on the Discord server?** \
> **A:** To update your roles, please say `/getrole` in **⁠#bot-commands** channel. If your roles are still incorrect, please open a ticket.

> **Q: How do I buy a rank?** \

> **A:** You can claim your booster role by using `bb claim role (name)` in **⁠#bot-commands** within our Discord servers.

> **Q: How do I contact the owner, Cuba?** \

> **Q: How do I become security?** \
> **A:** If you wish to become a member of our security team, you must buy the security rank. You can no longer apply to become security.

> **Q: How do a report a member of staff or a customer?** \
> **A:** All reports are handled by our Internal Affairs team. You must open a **report ticket** within our Discord servers.

> **Q: Do I have to use grammar?** \
> **A:** Customers are not required to use grammar. We strongly advise trainees, junior and senior store colleagues/security to use grammar. This will increase their chance of gaining a promotion. All management must use grammar nonnegotiably.

> **Q: Are you hiring developers?** \
> **A:** We rarely hire new developers, however, when we are, an announcement in **⁠the  #announcements** Discord Server channel will be posted.

> **Q: How do I make a suggestion?** \
> **A:** If you wish to make a suggestion, please use the `/suggest` command in ⁠the **#bot-commands** Discord Server channel.

# **Staff FAQ**

> **Q: Can I apply for a team leader or any other management rank?** \
> **A:** We very rarely release applications for management. If we do, you're in luck, the application will be posted in the #announcements Discord server channel.

> **Q: Once I become a Management Intern, what do I need to do?** \
> **A:** Once you become a Management Intern, you attend a P1 and a P2 training hosted by one of our Management Intern Trainers. After that, you will be required to do a quiz to test your abilities and to see what you know about being a Junior Management Member.

> **Q: How do I earn staff points?** \
> **A:** Once you've passed training and you're a Junior/Senior store colleague or security, you will automatically earn points. These points are automatically redeemed for new ranks and promotions. More information can be found in the staff room.

> **Q: How do I become management?** \
> **A:** **In Wingin' It Restaurants:** You need to pass the application to become a Trainee Staff member, then attend training to become a Junior Staff member. Once you earn 200 points, you will become a Senior Staff member. To proceed, earn a further 500 points to become an Advanced Staff member, and then earn 2000 points to become an Intern Manager.\
> **A: In Freshly Shopping UK:** You need to pass the application to become a Trainee Store Colleague, then attend training to become a Junior Store Colleague. Once you earn 500 points, you will become a senior store colleague and then earn 2000 points to become a management intern.

> **Q: Why can't I cuff everyone as Security?** \
> **A:** Due to constant misuse, security can only cuff players who have the stealing title above their head.
